- After the bad weather time , inspections will be done .
- Secure the apartment key , organize any maintenance when required and cleaning before your arrivals .
- Upon a suitable notice of your arrival, the electric will be switched on , cold and hot water will be turned on.
- Organize rental of the property and get the rental fee forwarded to the property owner’s bank account in Alanya.
